This 60-year-old patient presented with varicose veins residing predominantly on his left calf. As evident in the before photo, these varicose veins were bulging and had aesthetically changed the shape of his leg. Symptoms included aching and a feeling of heaviness in the leg.
This 42 year old marathon runner experiencing calf and leg pain visited Australian Vein Clinics in the hopes to treat his bulging Varicose Vein without the need for any surgery.
We treated his veins with a combination endovenous laser treatment , and Ultrasound guided sclerotherapy. These are walk-in walk-out treatments that effectively removed the vein without any need for costly surgery.

Our 84 year old female patient had experienced severe varicose veins for many years. Symptoms included bulging, swelling and discomfort.
